What is the Digital Kit?
The Digital Kit Program is an initiative of the Government of Spain, which aims to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions available on the market to achieve significant progress in the level of digital maturity. These grants are created specifically for companies with 1 to 49 employees, they are 100% financeable with your digital bonus for 12 months.

Who can request the Digital Kit?

To request this aid you will have to contact one or more digitizing agents, who will act as intermediaries with the Government.
Company segments
Depending on the business segment, the maximum amount you can request will be:
Segment I
- from 10 to 49 employees → €12,000
Segment II
- 3 to 9 employees → €6,000
Segment III
- from 0 to 2 employees and self-employed → €2,000
What are the requirements to request the Digital Kit?
- Be a microbusiness, small business (up to 49 workers) or self-employed.
- Not be considered a company in crisis.
- Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.
- Not be subject to a pending recovery order from the European Commission that has declared aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.
- Not incur any of the prohibitions provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
- Be registered in the Census of businessmen, professionals and withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency or in the equivalent census of the Foral Tax Administration.
- Do not exceed the minimum aid limit – all subsidies granted by EU states less than €200,000.
- Have the evaluation of the Digital Maturity Level according to the diagnostic test on the Acelera pyme platform.
- Have tax domicile in Spain.
