What is the Consulting Kit?
Kit Consulting is a subsidy program from the Government of Spain that allows small businesses to access specialized and personalized digital advisory services.

Who can request the Digital Kit?
The Kit Consulting aid is aimed at three segments of beneficiaries, with three different financial allocations depending on the number of employees of the company. This digital advice voucher offers the possibility of managing your amount by choosing one or more areas of advice:
Segment II:
Companies between 50 and less than 100 employees
Up to €18,000
Segment III:
Companies between 100 and less than 250 employees
Up to €24,000
What are the requirements to request the Kit Consulting?
- Have tax domicile in Spanish territory.
- Be considered a small or medium-sized company.
- Be registered in the Census of businessmen, professionals and withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency or in the equivalent census of the Foral Tax Administration, which must reflect the economic activity actually carried out on the date of application for the aid, and have the minimum seniority established in the calls.
- Not be considered a company in crisis.
- Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.
- Not be subject to a pending recovery order following a previous decision of the European Commission that has declared aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.
- Not be subject to any other of the prohibitions provided for in article 13, section 2, of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. These prohibitions will also affect those companies that, due to the people who govern them or other circumstances, can be presumed to be a continuation or that derive, by transformation, merger or succession, from other companies in which they have participated.
- Do not exceed the minimum aid limit in accordance with the applicable regulations set out in article 2, section 4, of this Order. In determining this limit through the accumulation of aid received in the last three years by different beneficiaries, the definition of "single company" contained in Regulation (EU) 2023/2831 will be taken into account.
